SAZABY LEAGUE, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby sets forth the following policy to securely manage and properly use personal data for specified purposes.

- The Company shall specify the intended purposes when collecting personal data from the user.

When collecting the following personal data, the Company shall obtain prior consent directly from the user and the data shall be within the minimum necessity of fulfilling the purposes specified under “2. Use of personal data (1).”

Use of personal data

Personal data collected by the Company shall be used by the Company for the following purposes.
- To manage registered members and other users
- To announce product information, lifestyle information, special offers, etc.; to advertise and promote sales such as by issuing a mail magazine
- To conduct tasks related to point services
- To conduct product/sales transactions, including taking product orders, reserving product, delivering (shipping), handing over product, collecting payment, processing sales, repairing/altering, after-purchase services
- To plan and develop product, research and analyze purchases, etc.
- To conduct marketing, such as conducting surveys
- To provide customer support
- To make announcements about the Services provided by the Company and to handle inquiries
- To handle other tasks in relation to the Services provided by the Company
- Personal data the Company handles may include personal data about family and delivery recipients consequentially collected from the user. The Company ensures that such data other than the user’s own personal data will only be used for service transaction purposes (orders, reserving product, sales processing, repair and alteration services, later-date handovers, deliveries (shipping), after-purchase services) and planning, development, and purchase analyses for future products. The Company ensures that such data other than the user’s own personal data will not be used for promotional services including notices for product information, lifestyle information, and special offers, etc.

Security measures for personal data
- The Company shall adopt, maintain, and apply a system and internal regulations to manage and protect the user’s personal data.
- The Company shall adopt necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, tampering, loss, and leaking of personal data.
- The Company shall appoint a supervisor to enforce security of personal data, and train and educate its employees to heighten awareness of personal data protection. The Company will supervise its employees concerning appropriate control and protection of personal data.
- When the Company entrusts personal data to a third party, the Company shall oversee such third party appropriately as required for secure management of personal data.

Disclosure of personal data to third parties
- The Company shall not disclose or provide any personal data to third parties except such circumstances below as specified in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information: the user has given consent for the disclosure of his/her personal data; the disclosure of personal data is required by law or in response to a request by government authorities; the disclosure of data is necessary to protect human life, body, property, or other major interests.
- Even in cases where the user has given consent, the personal data disclosed or provided will be bound strictly by agreement with the third party to ensure protection of data.
- On the website operated by the Company, advertisements may be posted by a third party. In relation to this, the third party may collect and use cookie information of the user visiting the Company’s website. Please confirm the separate Cookie Policy stipulated by the Company to learn more about cookie use.
- The Company may encrypt the user’s personal data such as by hashing it so that it is not personally identifiable and upload this data to the website or social network platform, using it to display ads when the data matches. The data may also be provided for use by the Company’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

The Company may share the user’s personal data collected according to “1. Collection of personal data” with the Company’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies, as well as the department store, shopping center, or other commercial facility where the user made a purchase. Correction/revision of personal data
- The Company shall maintain personal data to be as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
- The Company shall respond to all disclosure, revision and/or discontinuation requests from the user of his/her personal data promptly. (Certain restrictions or costs may apply.)
- The Company shall set up a Customer Service Contact to answer user suggestions, inquiries and other needs for personal data.
- The user is requested to contact in writing as designated by the Company to request disclosure/revision/discontinuation of use of his/her personal data. For further information, please contact Customer Service. Please note there is a fee of ¥500 (five-hundred Japanese yen/tax inclusive) per request for disclosure and utilization purpose notifications. The separate actual expenses may also be charged to the user for notifications by post.

Revisions of privacy policy
- The Company will make continuous efforts to review and improve the content of this privacy policy and other related policies.
- The Company may revise part or all of this privacy policy as needed by announcing upcoming or applied revisions to this privacy policy and other related policies and the date of effect through proper notice, such as posting on the website or sending an e-mail.
